Description

VTC45 CNC vertical lathe is a high-precision and high-efficiency CNC vertical lathe designed by Shandong Zhongyou Heavy Industry for the processing needs of small and medium-sized parts.
Automobile industry:
Mass production of brake discs and brake hubs, with daily production capacity of 500-800 pieces (depending on the complexity of the process);
Precision machining of transmission shafts, differential cases and other parts, with dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.02mm.
General-purpose machinery:
High-efficiency machining of disk parts such as motor end caps and pump bodies;
Rough and fine one-piece molding of short shaft parts (such as machine tool spindles and hydraulic valve bodies).
