모터 하우징(특히 원자로 냉각재 펌프 모터와 같은 대형 하우징)은 일반적으로 다음과 같은 특성을 나타냅니다.
복잡한 구조: 여기에는 동축 계단형 보어 시스템, 단면 보어 시스템, 플랜지 및 매우 높은 치수, 기하학적 및 위치 정확도가 요구되는 기타 기능이 포함됩니다.
높은 재료 요구사항: 고강도 합금강이나 내마모성 주철로 제작되는 경우가 많으므로 절단 진동을 억제하기 위해 고강성 장비가 필요합니다.
